Customers may cancel an order at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at sales@rovra.com

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled but may still be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is received before the order has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned following our Return & Refund Policy.
