At Rovra.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund under the conditions below.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including opened blades, trimmer heads, or other personal-care accessories. Customized products and items damaged by misuse are also not eligible for return.
