Please fill in the form below to return the product purchased from us.

24-48 hours after completing the form, you will be contacted by a Cargus agent who will pick up the product you wish to return. All you have to do is pack the product well so that it is not damaged during transport, it is recommended to put it in a box and the bubble wrap in the box. Don’t forget to include in the package a copy of the Tax Invoice and Original Product Warranty.

Products that are NOT accepted:

  • The product that has exceeded the legal term of 14 days link documentation;
  • According to the legislation in force, the return can only be accepted for the purchase on an INDIVIDUAL, if the products have been purchased on a LEGAL ENTITY, the return will NOT be accepted;

  • The product that is NOT in the condition in which it was received, in the original undamaged packaging and with all the accessories / gifts with which it was delivered;
  • Seals of unsealed appliances, they fall into the category of hygiene products and are exempt from return.
  • The product has been used (if the product has been used, the return can only be accepted if the value of the interchangeable parts is stopped);“According to art. 9 para. (1), referred to in art. 16 lit. e) of the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing certain normative acts, the products that are used cannot be returned, for reasons of health protection and hygiene reasons. for the latter purposes as well as for other purposes to the extent that the subsequent use of the product used may affect the health of the consumer, as long as they have been unsealed by the consumer.
  • Products that do NOT have Labels intact, have seals broken or erased;
  • Products purchased from other stores;
  • Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt);
  • Products on which unauthorized interventions have been made, those that represent traces of wear or excessive use, scratches, blows, shards, mechanical and electrical shocks;
  • Products that lack accessories.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure the product exactly matches the conditions listed above;
  • Fill in the online return form;
  • Wait for a Cargus representative to contact you to pick up your return;
  • The return is made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer / distributor) and all documents with which the product was delivered, the box intact.
  • The packaging of the product should be very well done, it should be packed in another box so as not to show any signs of damage at the reception;
  • The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories / gifts with which it was delivered.
  • After receiving the package you will be contacted by a member of the team who will take care of the return of your product.
  • The refund of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 3-5 working days of receiving the return.
  • Before completing the form, make sure that the product is part of the return policy and that the purchase was made by an INDIVIDUAL, otherwise the customer is obliged to pay the “round trip” transport fees.
