Service Policy

In the case of warranty certificates issued by the manufacturer / importer, the products benefit from warranty in their service networks, in the centers explicitly mentioned in the certificates; the defective product can be presented directly to the nearest service center provided in the certificate. This service unit will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty;The conditions for granting guarantees, in this case, may vary depending on the manufacturer and are established in their commercial policies, at national level.

The maximum settlement period is 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer, as the case may be, informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product or handed over the product to the seller or to the person designated by him based on a handover document. After the product has been brought into conformity, it can be picked up directly from the Service or you can request its shipment by courier.

To send the product under warranty, fill in the specific form below.

If the product is defective and is still under warranty, it must be handed over to the service unit with the following documents:

 

  • Original warranty certificate
  • Copy of the tax invoice or tax receipt
  • Report completed

Otherwise the product will be repaired for a fee!

The warranty conditions do not apply to problems or damages caused by the customer or in circumstances such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • The product has been repaired, repaired and / or modified by unauthorized personnel;
  • Warranty seals have been broken or replaced;
  • The product has physical defects: blows, cracks, shards, or shows traces of use in improper conditions: improper supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, improper handling, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment, etc.

To pick up the repaired and unrepaired product, please present the product registration receipt upon entry into service.

In case of non-collection of a product from service within 60 days and non-payment of the finding fee, it will be considered that the right over the product is waived, and it becomes the property of SC REVER BARBER PRODUCTS SRL.

The warranty for the parts repaired in this service is 30 days for labor. The warranty for the replaced parts is 12 months for legal entities, respectively 24 months for individuals.

Once the form is completed, we would like to inform you that any product that enters the service unit “for a fee” requires a FINDING amounting to 34.90 lei, the amount to be paid separately. This fee is paid even if the product is repaired or not in the service unit.
